'Offer your apologies'

Re: Offering bad business

Dear editor,

Sharon Shaub, you must have had a bad hair day!

Never have I even heard such vitriolic and poisonous lies come out of anyone’s mouth, and they’re even put to paper.

I have lived here 59 years and always found the service exemplary – maybe to my advanced age and good looks!

The courteous thing to do would be to send an apology to the paper and personally go to the businesses you have slandered, and offer your apologies and ask for their forgiveness.
